Thank you so much for the nice time with you! I really enjoyed one month yoga-teacher training. I learned not only how to practice asana but also to understand the philosophy and the whole meaning of yoga. This place does not know any kinds of stress; it gives you a feeling of peace and relaxation for your body and mind. It helped me to forget my daily lifestyle and to release any problems and tension. I think everybody can reach this emotional change; you just should be open-hearted and accept this ashram and the people in every way. I really liked also the morning and evening chanting with GuruJi, Swabhiman, children and other people, it made me always happy.
My yoga-teacher Ganga taught me professional the basics and advanced asanas, pranayama, mudra, bandha and more. She was always attentive and motivated and especially her soft, calm and patient presence and her beautiful voice during chanting make every class a good one. I like very much her way to teach, from the beginning to the end, because the combination of asanas, savasana and relaxation and pranayama were fluently coordinated. Her good explanation and the benefits of the asanas were also very important and helpfully during the class. I have taken her to my heart not only as a good teacher but also as a friend.
You have also enough time for yourself, to read a book, write your dairy or just relax in ashram or in the surrounding. You can also play with the children, help in the kitchen or in the garden, everything what you like, this can be also considered as Karma-Yoga The nature with lots of nice singing birds and the beautiful view to the mountains and as well to the city Kathmandu is also very nice.
After every yoga-nidra class with GuruJi I felt very relaxed, but especially very harmonized and balanced. It refreshes and clears your mind and makes your mentally and physically more lightly.
The vegetarian food in Ashram prepared by Swabhiman, and sometimes in Guru-Ji’s house was very delicious, I enjoyed every meal. They use different kinds of vegetables cooked but also fresh and fresh fruits and yogurt….
My result after this month is easy to describe, I feel more relaxed and peacefully, my body has more flexibility and strength, my mind and body are in a very good balance and I feel lots of happiness and love. It was for me and my yoga-teacher future a very nice experience and I am really happy about this.
