10:00 AM-11:00 AM: Seva/Karma Yoga.
1:00 PM-2:00 PM: Shree Hanuman Chalisa, Short Asanas, Yoga Nidra, Bhajan, Kirtan. On Friday, Yoga Nidra and Saundaryalahiri.
2:00 PM- 2:45 PM: Tea, Snacks.
3:00 PM-4:00 PM: Seva
5:30 PM- 6:00 PM: Asanas / Sun Salutation.
6:00 PM- 6:30 PM: Nadi Sodhana Pranayama.
6: 45 PM- 7:15 PM: Mahamrityunjaya Mantra Chanting.
7: 30 PM: Dinner.
